My favorite breakfast

I’m not necessarily the biggest fan of breakfast, but when I wake up on a beautiful sunny Saturday I love my go to breakfast pizza.


  • 1 small red potato
  • 1 small purple potato
  • 2 eggs
  • fresh salsa
  • Mozzarella and cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper

The key to this pizza is the potato and the salsa. I choose waxy potato to make sure I get a nice bite. I’ve had pizzas with Yukon potatoes and they just turn to mush in the oven. Also, a great salsa brings a fresh life to the pizza. I like to throw the salsa on top of the pizza right after taking it out of the oven, so it doesn’t dry out.
